Who the Science of Inner Change™ Is Designed For
This work is optimal for those that feel stuck or don't know how to move forward.
Often times, clients come to us after years of talk-therapy where they cannot move past the "knowing" of what their issue is; they can talk about it all day, but they don't know how to move past the stress & anxiety or unwanted coping mechanism. This framework allows clients get to the root of the issue and move past it - with skills in hand to handle similar situations themselves when it is next presented.
Frequently clients come in the midst of a transitional life moment - career change, end of a relationship, death of a loved one, menopause or perimenopause; these clients feel lost or unsure of how to move forward. These major life events can leave you feeling overwhelmed, lost, and lonely. These are the times when we most desperately need to look inward for the answers; my guided approach helps you gently learn to look inward for those answers and how to trust that you already know the path to happiness; you just need someone to show you the way.
