Session 1

Solution-Focused Goal-Setting

Change begins with identifying where you are, where you want to be, and the strengths you already possess to support your growth. During this session, we will discuss strengths you already possess and coping strategies for times when we may miss the mark. All of this will be used to then personalize your transformative Hypno-Reiki session. The combination of these modalities will leave you grounded, focused, and aligned toward achieving your goals.

Session 2

Clearing Misaligned Beliefs

Our thoughts, beliefs, and interpretations shape how we experience ourselves and the world around us. In this section, you will explore core beliefs, while connecting with the past experiences that helped to shape these beliefs. By the end, you will have greater awareness of the way these unhelpful thought patterns are affecting your life, as well as your capacity to rise above them.

Session 3

Visualization & Mindfulness

Our external reality is a mirror of our internal state. By practicing mindfulness and visualization of our "preferred reality", we train our minds to seek out experiences that match our preferred outcomes. By the end of this session, you will have the tools to allow you to regularly "tune-in" to this preferred reality, allowing you to recognize opportunities as they arise on your path to greatness.

Parts-Mapping With Acceptance

We all have different internal “parts” that influence our emotions, behaviors, and coping patterns. In this section, you will use acceptance and parts mapping exercises inspired by Internal Family Systems (IFS) to confront the conflicting “parts” battling within your subconscious, all the while, building self-awareness, and self-compassion.

Every session is personalized.

No two clients are exactly alike, and no two sessions are identical.

I help people like you find stress relief, emotional healing, and personal transformation through a series of different modalities.   I create a safe, supportive space where every session is personalized to help you become the best version of you.

How long does the program take?

The program is 4 transformative sessions, ideally scheduled 2 weeks apart (over an 8-week total time period). However, we understand that schedules shift, and we're flexible.

Is this therapy?

No. The Inner Change Program is not psychotherapy, counseling, or a substitute for mental health treatment. It is a personal growth and transformational coaching experience.

What if I'm not sure where to start?

That's completely normal. Many people begin with a discovery conversation to discuss their goals, challenges, and the most appropriate starting point within the program.

What if I've already done a lot of personal development work?
