This private, one-on-one Reiki Level I training is a personalized initiation into energy healing—designed to help you not only learn Reiki, but begin experiencing and embodying it in a grounded, practical way. Unlike group classes, this session is tailored entirely to you—your pace, your sensitivity to energy, and your intentions for learning. We begin by exploring the core principles of Reiki, including how energy flows through the body, how to sense and work with it, and how Reiki supports physical, emotional, and nervous system balance. You will then receive your Reiki Level I attunement, opening your system to channel Reiki energy. This process is both instructional and experiential, allowing you to directly feel the shift in your awareness and connection. From there, we move into hands-on practice—learning how to give Reiki to yourself and others, understanding hand positions, and developing confidence in sensing and trusting what you feel. You’ll also learn how to integrate Reiki into your daily life for self-regulation, stress reduction, and ongoing personal development. Because this is a private session, there is space for questions, guidance, and deeper exploration throughout—ensuring you leave not just informed, but capable and confident in your ability to practice.
