Clinical Hypnotherapy works with the subconscious mind to change patterns related to anxiety, trauma responses, habits, and emotional blocks. This process is collaborative, gentle, and client-centered. Appointments available in-person or remote. Hypnotherapy allows access to deeper mental and emotional layers where automatic responses are stored. Clients often experience improved emotional regulation, clarity, confidence, and lasting change. Check our resources page to learn more and for free downloads. This single session is best for clients whose goals are clearly defined upon arrival, without multiple layers to work through. Common examples: stress-relief, nervous system regulation, confidence/performance boosting, public speaking, life direction/purpose. Other areas of hypnosis application which typically can NOT be solved in a single session and require multiple sessions to work through include: habit change, fears/phobias, emotional release (i.e., guilt/shame), inner child work, internal conflict, pain management, medical issues. For any of these more complex issues, we typically reach resolution within 3 sessions.
