Energy Healing Sessions:

• Clients must fill out Client Waiver & Liability Form Prior to their Divine Energy Healing  Session. If the client fails to do this, forms will be filled out during the session and will cut into our scheduled time.

• Clients must pay in full prior to their session. 

• Clients understand that personal information will be provided in these sessions & all information provided is respected & will not be shared out side of session unless client provides written consent to do so.

General:

All Courses, Downloads, Subscriptions, Programs &  Bundles are final sale. No refunds will be made for these services. Monthly subscription services reset every month. Client is solely responsible for scheduling their sessions & making sure they have used their credits. Credits expire at the end of each billing period. If client cancels their bundle & or subscription it is their responsibility to redeem all credits before canceling, as no credits will be redeemable after cancellation has been processed.

​​Cancellation Policy:

​

To cancel or reschedule your appointment contact Tranquility Summit 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment date & time. No full refunds will be made after this time. This policy is STRICTLY enforced. Any same day reschedules will be charged 30% of their service's cost. Appointments that have been rescheduled & client cancels or fails to show up for rescheduled appointment forgo their right to a refunded. Clients who cancel a monthly plan are responsible for redeeming all credits prior to canceling. Clients who fail to redeem all credits prior to plan cancellation will not have access to remaining credits & in turn will not be refunded or compensated for unused credits. All appointments will start & end at scheduled time- no exceptions. Any client who does not show up within the first 10 minutes of their scheduled appointment time or does not show up at all is a No-Show and forgoes their right to a refund. No Shows do not get rescheduled or refunded.

Liability:

• By Purchasing & Scheduling and or Participating in Personal or Collective Reiki Healing Session(s), Spiritual Life Coaching, Meditation(s), Certification(s) Courses, Workshops & or Programs or any other service(s) with Ashleigh, Tranquility Summit, LLC, you agree to hold Ashleigh, Tranquility Summit, LLC, harmless of any intended or unintended results of  provided service(s), documents, communications & the Information and or resources given, and client & or purchaser agree that Tranquility Summit will not be liable for compensation should any damages or injury result from using Ashleigh, Tranquility Summit, LLC's services, website, hyperlinks, shared or given information and or documents or resources. Tranquility Summit is not qualified to give Medical, Legal or Financial Advice, nor do they claim to be capable of giving such advice. The client is responsible for their own life and decisions & agrees to take full responsibility for their own lie & decisions.

All Gift Cards Are Non-Refundable. Gift Cards Do Not Expire.
